Boredom Festival May Be Gone But MorFlo Music Festival is on the Way

The Boredom fighters are back at it again! After their monumental 2 year run of BoredomFest at an intimate farm in Michigan, the producers are back with a new take on the festival scene. Presenting MorFlo Music Festival in Lake Orion, Michigan August24th-26th; 45 minutes away from Detroit, on a luscious plot of land called Camp Agawam! Here this wooded area offers shade during the days and camping in the woods, hidden amphitheaters, and open fields that border the lake allowing for stunning views and more activities. In the previous years, Boredom fest has broken barriers with their incredible lineup of talented artists on their roster, MorFlo Records, such as; Calvin Hobbes, Unexotic, Opalite, Run DMT, and more! On top of this, they have brought in some big headliners for this intimate festival experience such as; Downlink, Yheti b2b Toadface, The Widdler, Dixon’s Violin, and more! The lineup is yet to be announced for this year but with the name change and anticipation build up, we can only expect a bigger and better year! For many though, the lineup isn’t what brings people back to this festival. It’s the undeniable amount of amazing vibes and good people. Produced by Boredom Fighters who created a nonprofit organization “to raise awareness and capital through music festivals and the record label “Morflo Records” to distribute back into building up the music and art programs with existing summer camp programs, and sending local youth to them on scholarships.” When the heart is in the right place, it only makes sense that the outcome becomes bigger and bigger over time.
