The Werk Out Music Festival just had HUGE additions to their 2018 lineup! The Werk Out is set to take place at Legend Valley, Thornville, Ohio on August 2-4, 2018. Legend Valley is known for being a beautiful venue and has been home for The Werk Out for the past few years. The festival has been put on by the captivating jam band The Werks. Every year The Werks are sure to bring in incredible talent and always have a few tricks up their sleeves.

This year’s phase 1 lineup included acts such as The Werks (4 sets), Umphrey’s McGee (2 sets), Lettuce, Papadosio, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong (2 nights), Twiddle and more. With such a stacked phase 1 lineup people were anxious to see what the mysterious blurred headliner spot could be! Rumors speculated as many thought that Dopapod would make a returning appearance, even though they are on a year hiatus. The phase two announcement included Joe Russo’s Almost Dead (2 sets) as the mysterious headliner spot. While it wasn’t everyone’s anticipated Dopapod, it will be hard to find anyone complaining about two sets of JRAD as they will be jamming out the classic Grateful Dead in stunning form. Another exciting addition sure to leave the Dopapod fans happy is the return of Twerkapod: A Tribute to the 90’s (ft. members of The Werks, Twiddle, & Dopapod). Twerkapod has become an interesting staple at The Werk Out as it will have everyone dancing the night away to some great 90s classics. Some other additions include Spafford, The Marcus King Band, Ekoostik Hookah, Octave Cat (ft. Jesse Miller of Lotus & Eli Winderman of Dopapod), Mom and Dad (ft. Chuck Jones & Neal Evans of Dopapod), Mike Perkins, Electric Orange Peel, and Conscious Pilot! This year’s festivities at The Werk Out will sure to be one for the books!
