What Lies Deep At The Bottom Of The Ocean
All eyes are on Atlanta this September as Imagine Music Festival makes its anticipated return to the Atlanta Motor Speedway. Offering a broad spectrum of electronic music and running from September 19-22, attendees are expected to be apart of the largest Imagine yet!
Hype for Imagine started early for us at The Chronic Electronic whilst attending Tipper & Friends in beautiful Suwannee this April – when on the last day of a transformative weekend the crowd was handed a bill that read Tipper, Detox Unit, and Jade Cicada taking over the Amazonia Stage. In five months time we knew what we would be talking about and where we would be standing.
Atlanta seems to act as the Southeast’s hub for electronic music. The city offers the widest array of venues from intimate to colossal, and allows artists to get creative as they wish within those spaces. Atlanta Motor Speedway is no exception to that fact. The 71,000 capacity speedway that is normally used for stock car racing transforms into any festival goers wonderland. A small city centralized around the love of electronic music. Massive names take the stage each night such as Diplo, Marshmello, Alison Wonderland, Above & Beyond, Zeds Dead, Rezz, Marshmello, Tipper, G Jones, and the list goes on. All these acts to take Imagine’s beloved Oceania Stage, one of the festival’s 6 performing areas. Along with some of the biggest names in the game, the decision to add another day of music on the front end of the weekend, will allow anyone who purchased a 3-Day ticket this year to get an early start on all the madness!
With a new year of IMF comes new activities as well! The Splash Pool come Saturday morning will transform into a “Vegas Style Pool Party” that will be open to ALL of Imagine – with VIP Campers being allowed free admission. This is just sugar on the top of what is already offered at the festival – Yoga and Wellness Classes, Amusement Rides, Cirque Acts, Live Art, and workshops throughout the entire weekend! All the reason why Imagine Music Festival was named by Flightnetwork as one of the Top 10 Music Festivals to hit in the United States!
The Chronic Electronic is ecstatic to end off the Summer in the South for it all!
It is not too late to take advantage of all four days of Imagine 2019 either! Buy your tickets HERE to be apart of something huge! A whole different type of experience!
