This year we are thrilled to share that we will be returning back to one of our favorite festivals in the South East. BUKU Music + Arts Project will return March 22 & 23 at Mardi Gras World for another memorable weekend in 2019. Buku always brings its own flair to the festival world as it has a unique New Orleans spice. With crazy stage designs and interesting art exhibits displayed throughout the festival, Buku is sure to impress once again in 2019.

Buku has another killer lineup for 2019 with headliners Lana Del Rey, Excision, Kevin Gates, RL Grime, A$AP Rocky, Dog Blood, Griz, and Louis The Child. One thing that always attracts us to Buku is the diversity in every lineup. Buku is a true music lover melting pot as you can see the best of the best in multiple different genres. One of our most anticipated sets for the weekend would have to be Griz. With his new singles and a new album just on the horizon, we are very intrigued to see what new goodness Griz has in store for us.

While the headliners surely shine let’s not forget about the STACKED rest of the lineup. Some names to watch out for in the weekend include $uicideboy$, Getter Presents: Visceral, Ekali, G Jones, Liquid Stranger, Papadosio, and Peekaboo. Getter’s “Visceral” show will be an interesting one for sure as the artist has recently had some mixed reactions from fans concerning his new direction of music. This will be a chance for him to gauge feedback from fans once again as he continues to push his artistic direction. We can’t forget to mention the bass legends G Jones and Liquid Stranger. Both artists have recently released new albums with all sort of new music to play with. Bass music fans will need to be sure not to miss these sets.
