There is one unique festival coming to the mountainous state of Colorado! Set on the slopes of Vail, POWABUNGA Festival is defining the weird and unique styles of fun to be had while at a festival. This is NOT your ordinary festival! To start off, most festivals will not be held in the season where you NEED to dress(or be prepared) for winter weather conditions and be able to stay dry due to partying on top of snow.
